The office was spotless and modern, making me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I received. Dr. Dai Shen took the time to thoroughly explain my options and made sure l was comfortable throughout the procedure. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence are truly impressive. First visit here, came here with wisdom tooth pain, tightness, headaches, jaw pain, and sinus headaches whenever my tooth started hurting. All symptoms were dismissed and was told that none of that can happen and isn't related. Was then urged for 5 minutes by the doctor to get braces without any care or questioning about situation. That was my entire experience with the doctor. Didn't explain anything on the XRAY, it was the receptionist that ended up explaining it on my way out.

I had a tooth filling done on January 28, 2023, and it was a good job. However, I had a terrible experience with the service provided by the front desk. Initially, they took $400 in cash before filing a claim with my dental insurance. When I requested a receipt for this payment, they informed me that they couldn't issue one as it would prevent them from filing the claim. They even told me that issuing a receipt for cash payment is against the law! After some persuasion, they eventually agreed to proceed with the claim as my insurance was supposed to cover it. However, it has now been two months, and my insurance still hasn't received the claim, while the doctor's claim has already been paid. When I called to follow up, the receptionist at first refused to send my claim by fax, and then reluctantly agreed to do so, stating that they would only try one more time to send it. Is this a professional way to treat a patient? I just can't trust these clerks

This one star is for the reception lady and the dentist assistant that we met today. The assistant finished helping my kid to clean up his teeth, asked my kid to ask me whether he need to take X-ray today. I asked why they asked this since they never asked me this question every time we visit this dentist office. My kid said he didn’t know. Then I asked the reception lady the reason. She didn’t give me the answer. She just told me that’s why they asked me whether I want my kid to take the X-Ray. I told her I was never asked this question, why they asked me this question this time. The reception lady then told the assistant to bring my kid to take the X-Ray without any explanation. I asked the reception lady again why I was asked this question. She didn’t answer me. I was wating for her answer, but I didn’t get anything from her. Then I said “execute me?”. She finally told me to ask the dentist. I went in to ask the assistant, she said she asked my kid to ask me. I told her, she had to let me know the reason for this question. Another lady told me because many parents don’t want the kids to take the X-Ray semiannually. They need my permission for it. I was fine with this reason. But later on, the assistant told me that he didn’t need to take the X-Ray since my kid wearing the braces. Even though my kid took the X-Ray, it couldn’t show anything. We had been visited this dental office for few years and we were happy with other reception lady and assistant. They showed their experience and patience. But today we experienced the unexpected service. Again, this one star is for today’s reception lady and assistant. Hopefully they can get more training.
