Daimaru Ramen 大丸制面

I’m so sad they got rid of their Yuzu chicken ramen because that was my go-to 🥺🥺but their tonkotsu ramen is good too and very affordable!! 🥰 staff is always kind as well! The only problem is that there’s no cellphone service in this food hall 😅

Tried the tonkotsu ramen the first time I went here and it was mediocre at best. Decided to give another chance with the unagi and beef don to satisfy the craving. I'm glad I did. The unagi was cooked perfectly and the beef was decent. The kaarage was good as well, the takoyaki was above average, and the soup hit the spot. Forgot to take a picture earlier so enjoy looking at my mostly-eaten bento.

First time coming and taking advantage of the empty dining area. This was one of the newer stalls we haven't eaten at before. It was kind of pricey and the soup broth for the tonkatsu ramen could have been a little more richer. Excellent presentation for both orders.. The dumplings were nice and crispy. The grilled unagi over rice was kind of cold. We didn't wait too long since it appears the dining hall just opened.

Three small pieces of unagi in the unagidon just aren’t suitable about 90% of the dish tastes right, but the portion is too small for the price. I would rather buy eel separately and prepare it myself. Also, the plastic spoons are too flimsy to scoop the rice properly, and the chopsticks have an unpleasant smell and taste. Please consider improving these areas for a better overall experience and recognition.
