This academy has excellent teachers, offers very good service in terms of attention, prices, and above all, has very flexible schedules. They are very friendly and keep you informed at all times, and something that is very creative and interesting is that there is a day when parents can come in and observe the class.

My daughter loves going to her Ballet classes and enjoys her teacher! The school has a warm and inviting environment. Dance Matters have beautiful recitals at the end of each session. They showcase amazing talent! I was really impressed how much my daughter learned in a short period of time. I highly recommend Dance Matters! We love the school! Reasonably priced as well!

Dance Matters had been a fantastic experience for my toddler. The instructor is patient, warm, energetic, and great at engaging the little ones. The class is playful and well structured for toddlers (under 24 months). My child hates when the class ends. If you are looking to get out this winter with your kids, I highly recommend checking out Dance Matters.

We are very happy with this ballet studio. My daughter started a few weeks ago and she absolutely loves her ballet and jazz classes. Her teacher is wonderful, kind, patient, and very professional. The facilities are great, the location is very convenient, and it’s easy to get here by public transportation. If you drive, parking is also accessible. We highly recommend this studio to any family looking for a great dance program for children.

I would not recommend this place to any parent. One of the teachers, Kerry, removed a mat from underneath a 3-year-old child, causing the child’s head to hit and bounce on the concrete floor. The child immediately started crying, and instead of showing concern or checking for injury, she acted as if nothing had happened. It was extremely upsetting to witness. In addition, she frequently yells at the children, which is not an appropriate or constructive way to handle toddlers. We have also observed her ignoring children who are brown while giving attention to others, which raises serious concerns about fairness and possible discrimination. On multiple occasions, she has been seen squeezing the hands of small children when they did not listen to her. This kind of physical handling is completely unacceptable. Another concerning issue is how they handle recitals or shows. If your child is not participating, they may be excluded from class activities related to the performance, which can make young children feel left out and confused. Overall, the environment did not feel safe, supportive, or inclusive. I would strongly encourage parents to carefully consider these concerns before enrolling their child.
