I came here from a friend's recommendation to look for a dining table and was so shocked by the quality and design of their furniture! The styles they offered were so unique and beautiful and there was a good variety. We ended up purchasing a dining table + chairs and a dresser. Prices were already reasonable but Shirley was great and offered us a discount! Delivery was on time and went very smoothly. Will definitely revisit when I buy furniture in the future

The woman there had an extremely bad attitude. She was misleading and refused to explain anything clearly, even for furniture costing thousands of dollars. Throughout the process, she was rude and made you feel like you were there to be treated badly, not to shop. Don’t come here.

Extremely bad customer service experience. Do NOT come here! Rude sales woman, yelling and started a fight in response to me taking pictures in the store. Completely unprofessional way to request to stop taking photos. Instead of politely informing that photos were not allowed, sales woman yelled and started an argument. She came close to me and swinging her clipboard near my face, repeatedly yelling “why are you taking photos in my store?” She continued to yell over my voice and did not let me apologize, told me to leave the store AND insulted me! Mind you, there were other customers in the store witnessing this. I do not understand the way she treated me. I was not informed of the rules when I first entered and her response to my actions was out of place, SO unnecessary, unprofessional, bad attitude and rude. She could of politely informed but however, she started a fight and insulted me. I am offended and disappointed. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Regret entering and considered doing business. Their loss of a potential buyer.

Bought 2 sofas from them in separate times. They delivered an updated version of the sofa in second delivery therefore it looks different from the 1st. I wasn't there to accept the delivery and didn't see the different couches until 6 weeks later bc I didn't move into new place yet. The manager yelled at me and later willing to switch out a floor sample. I have no choice but to agree bc I want the sofas to look the same. I asked if it's going to finally be the same couch I pointed at store with good quality. She said yes. Today I went to my place and saw that the couch is defected. I spent more than 2 thousand dollars and was going to come back for more sofa. Now that it's been 2 weeks, I know they won't take fault for it. I am deeply disappointed as I am a very good customer. Not only should I not be getting 2 different sofas but also a damaged 1. Very very upsetting. Very dishonest. I will no longer be a returning customer.. 2 thousand dollars for a damaged sofa.. I have pictures as proof that they given me a different one. Butt it's more than 24 how's and they ripped my mats out upon delivery.. I've tipped everytime. This is extremely upsetting and I'm disgusted
