The last two visits i waited no longer than 30 minutes, which to me is expected for medical appointments. I find everyone in the office to be very sweet and comforting.

The experiences have been more than pleasant here. Way better than my previous dentist. They are effective.

Hate leaving bad reviews but my latest experience with this office was the final straw. The office made an appointment for me for a 6 month cleaning, after arriving to my appointment I was met with a closed office, closed July 4-26. They did not bother to call me to cancel my appointment instead I wasted my afternoon traveling to and fro from Brooklyn. This on top of having waited extremely long wait times in their office because they seem to stack appointments even ones that require longer procedures. Truly no consideration for their clients time or proper office etiquette.

It’s frustrating how often dentists push expensive procedures when a basic, insurance-covered option would do just fine. Patients deserve full transparency and honest alternatives.

Avoid this dentist at all costs. He does not value or respect patients time. I traveled well over an hour to his office, I was supposed to be his first appointment of the day. After waiting over 2 hours & his staff telling me he was 'stuck in traffic' he never showed up. While waiting they took x-rays so I felt I needed to give him another chance & rescheduled. The next visit he had me wait another 2 hours, never apologized & bc I never met the guy it was basically a consult. The third time I went to see him thinking I would finally have work done on my teeth he made me wait again for 2 hours. When I sat in the dentist chair & he didn't put the bib on so I knew he had no intentions of doing any work. He said I needed to see an oral surgeon, he told me to wait to see if he could get a hold of his oral surgeon & never came back. I sat in the dentist chair for a half hour & finally left. Meanwhile he billed my insurance an exorbitant amount. DO NOT go to this dentist. IMO he is not trustworthy.
