We always have an AMAZING time here for hotpot. It's become our go-to spot when we're not in Flushing and the quality of their ingredients are always super fresh. Also, their service is impeccable! Check it out when you're in the area, you won't forget it. Look for John when you dine in—he will serve you right! We ordered the Beef & Lamb combo twice and it was bussin'. We love it here. 🎉🎉

Came here on a busy Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere were clean and tidy which was nice. The hotpot spice was very authentic, we had the tomato broth and Mala broth. We really satisfied with the mala flavor which was really Chinese authentic. The veggies was really fresh, the meet was tasty they don’t have a huge selection of meat. So I can surely says it was really good quality. Highly suggest the fresh shrimp paste it was one of the best I try!

Easily the best AYCE hotpot I’ve had in New York! The prime beef was top quality, the meats were fresh, and there was a great variety of veggies — the yam was my favorite. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the price was reasonable for the quality. Only minor downside: the AC downstairs could be stronger. Still, an amazing experience — I’ll definitely be back!

I dunno, sometimes rating a place where you intentionally cook your own food is a little difficult! I'm giving this place a 4 although I was definitely not overwhelmed. Maybe is was because we were the only couple in the entire place during lunch, they served us completely warm pinto grigio, and barely checked on us the whole time. Fortunately we are experienced with hot pot. But the ingredients were super fresh and tasty. But I would not rush back.

Do NOT and I repeat: DO NOT EAT HERE. We found ROACHES in our food. I came here with a friend after seeing several videos on social media and the food looked amazing. We were aware of some prior reviews mentioning poor service, but we decided to give it a chance. From the start, several items we wanted were sold out. Service was inattentive, no one checked on us, and when one of our soup bases wouldn’t heat properly, the server seemed clueless. He said he didn’t know why it wasn’t working and then toggled with the wires and walked away, still mumbling as to why it wasn’t working. It eventually started heating again, but it was frustrating. Then about halfway through our meal, we saw a GERMAN COCKROACH crawling on the wall near our table. We were already uncomfortable, but tried to brush it off. Toward the end of our meal, we saw something that made us immediately stop eating and we felt sick: A COCKROACH WAS HIDING INSIDE THE MEAT, CRAWLING ALL OVER IT AND EATING IT. The server was saying that since the wall is wood, that's why there could be bugs there. No, these aren't termites, they are roaches. And they thrive in gross environments. It was absolutely disgusting. We were revolted. We immediately called a server over, who then spoke to the manager. We were not charged for the meal, and if they tried we would REFUSE. However that doesn't undo the TRUAMA we went through. This was genuinely one of the most horrifying dining experiences I have ever had. All I could think about when we were leaving is how badly I wanted to throw up. If negative stars were an option, I would. They originally had an A rating, but now it is pending, and now I understand why. You've been warned. STEER CLEAR.
