Lost packages that can't be located

I want to express my deep disappointment with the service offered by the advisors of this company in Colombia to send a box to the United States. From the beginning, the experience has been terrible: the answers to your questions take days, they are mediocre, and the advisors do not have the slightest cordiality or commitment to the clients. Although they have a defined schedule of attention, they never, NEVER comply. It is frustrating to try to communicate and simply not get solutions in a reasonable time. In addition, the value of the shipment is very expensive, and to top it off, you are the one who ends up doing all the paperwork and managing the platform. Honestly, I do not understand why they pay "advisors" if they do absolutely nothing beyond complicating the process for you. To top it off, my box has not been sent for a week, despite being in their hands. This is unacceptable for a service that should be professional and efficient. Not only do you waste time, but also money and patience. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Soy clienta desde hace mucho tiempo, nunca tuve una queja sobre cómo llevaban todo, está muy bien coordinado. En agosto fue la última vez que hice unos envíos de varios paquetes, y resulta que se tardaron más de un mes para entregármelos, pero la entrega no lo hacía la agencia Deblex, sino una agancia distinta. Y los tenía que ir a buscar en la sucursal de dicha agencia, porque ya no los entregaban a domicilio. Ahora ya estamos octubre y mi último paquete aún no ah sido entregado; y los que la agencia halla en Ecuador no nos quiten decir a nombre de cuál está para poderlo ir a retirar si es que está en la agencia, porque en la aplicación solo me notificó hasta que llegaron a Aduana, y de ahí con la bendición de Dios.
