Delgado Travel

Went to Delgado Travel for a trip to Las Vegas. I specifically requested an English speaking representative. When it was my turn, the rep shipped me off to another ckerk. There weren't many service reps who could not speak English.They quoted me several prices that were at least $500 more than other travel agencies. I was extremely disappointed as I used Delgado Travel in 2017. I did not book a trip. Also parking is an adventure.

I tried to get information over the phone for a tour trip for Ecuador. I got connected to the travel agent and was kept on hold too long for someone to help. One should NOT be kept on hold for 25 minutes plus, if you want the business answer the phone to customers. And no one picked up as a courtesy to say “we apologize someone will be right with you “ or “let me take your number and someone will call you back”..disgusted .. HORRIBLE SERVICE over the phone, For this reason I gave one star.. And mostly I will go elsewhere with my money..

They take the call and don’t talk to you very rude I’ve been calling today by 5:45 pm they took my call and you can hear they are there but they don’t talk to you

Staff needs to have a real customer training. Staff needs to valued their customers without customers they would not have a job. Staff tread customers with horrible. I was there waiting for a long time and noticed their arrogance towards customers. They need to HELP customers and delete "nothing we can do" from their vocabulary and find the way and delivery a excellent customer experience.

I dont even know how Can they saying in business because the won't even picked up the phone calls you can try all day long words is bond I personally recomended a different Agency to send money or a y other things for your family its cheapear and fast and they dont talk down on people very kind and humble people youst text me I will gave the name a d address of other Agency okay people
