Staff is so slow,need to be trained for being more efficient. This place has been the same since 20 years ago that I use this service.

If I could give a 0 I would I went in to send money just like my mom and my brother has we give in the phone number and names but this time this lady decided to give me a hard time by asking for more information when it should already be in the system it isn’t my first time going or even doing this and yet she decides to make things extremely complicated if she wants to work in customer service let her know to check her god dam attitude and maybe train better because ain’t no way you make something so simple more complicated than it needed to be and when I tried to make sure she was gonna send the money to the right person and told her to please double check because yet again we have send money multiple times and not once’s did they do this extra stuff with us and she didn’t like it the fact that I had to correct her and proceeded to give attitude and then said I need an ID like since when do you need an ID If we deposit every week
