The staff perfectly tinted primer for me (a task I thought was impossible because of the nature of the specific primer I needed), and gave me excellent advice that aided in the success of my mural project! I needed a lot of primer and they had it in stock, and other Benjamin Moore stores nearby didn’t. They also loaded the paint in my car. Amazing customer service!!!

I needed a color chip for a client of mine of a specific Benjamin Moore color. Unfortunately, they didn't have the color chip that I needed but offered to make me one at no charge if I purchased a sample size of the color. They were very helpful and for $7 I was able to provide my client with good news and not delay their project.

Horrible customer service + mixed paint color is not matching (something wrong with mixing machine). Went to the store, one lady behind the counter cleaning. I said hello - no response. Keep cleaning, another worker came next to the counter started to unpack supplies - customers do not exist! I was about to leave, another guy came asked 4 times what I need, why you asking if you don't listen? Finaly got exact same paint as I used for large project, same finish, paint color is not matching... should I go there again ?
