Dr. Milana was amazing! I was here because my veneer had came off. She understood patiently and carefully what was my needs and did what was best for me. The whole team was welcoming, warm and made me feel so comfortable. Wait time was very minimum . Thank you to the whole team ❤️

Amazing experience with Dr. Moradi! I came to Dr. Moradi two weeks ago as a new patient in a lot of pain, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. The very same day, he took out both of my wisdom teeth, and the entire process was completely painless. He made everything feel so smooth and stress free. Dr. Moradi and his staff were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Since the procedure, they’ve continued to call and check up on me, which truly shows how much they care about their patients. An amazing doctor with an amazing team . I highly recommend Dr. Moradi!

It took some time to leave this review but I feel like this is an ongoing situation and needs to be resolved. Very disappointing experience overall with this dental office. The organization and communication did not feel professional, appointments felt rushed, and the atmosphere was often tense rather than welcoming. My interactions with Elisamy were especially negative, as her management style came across as unprofessional and at times rude, which affected the overall experience. I do want to recognize Lorraina whose communication skills are superb. She was professional, calm, and helped diffuse the situation in a way that made me feel comfortable and respected. Her approach made a big difference and is the reason why I felt confident returning to finish treatment. ( I will not be returning as I finished my treatment and plan has ended) I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving leadership and overall patient experience.

I scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc for what was listed as a pediatric dental visit for my 6-year-old son. The following day, I received a call informing me that the original provider does not treat pediatric patients, so we were reassigned to another doctor who, I was assured, does. During that call, I was asked whether my son could sit in the dental chair (which he absolutely can) and what the concern was. I explained that he was experiencing tooth pain.After booking, I received multiple additional calls because the office was having difficulty locating his insurance information. Although I considered canceling due to the ongoing confusion, I was repeatedly assured the matter would be resolved, and eventually they confirmed they had verified his coverage.On the day of the appointment, it was very clear to everyone in the office that my son is six years old. He was taken back for X-rays and examined. The doctor briefly explained that he had a cavity. I fully expected we would proceed with a cleaning or at least discuss a treatment plan. Instead, the doctor informed me that she does not see pediatric patients and offered to refer us elsewhere.This was extremely confusing and disappointing, especially considering the prior phone conversations specifically addressing his age and the nature of the appointment. My child endured X-rays and an exam for a visit that ultimately provided no treatment, no plan, and no resolution for his pain.As a parent, it is frustrating to take time off, prepare a young child for a dental visit, and place trust in a practice only to leave without help. The experience felt disorganized at best and, at worst, financially motivated without regard for patient care felt extremely money driven. Please be careful with this office.

0-10 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experiences with your dental office. During my visit, I found the behavior of both the front desk staff and dental professionals to be unprofessional and discourteous. The tone used when speaking to patients, including myself, came across as rude and dismissive. A healthcare environment should make patients feel comfortable and respected, yet my experience left me feeling uneasy and unwelcome. Additionally, I was particularly concerned about the manner in which treatment was handled. The approach felt unnecessarily aggressive and lacked the level of care, patience, and reassurance that patients deserve during dental procedures. Clear communication and a calm, respectful demeanor are essential in a medical setting, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. I believe that all patients deserve to be treated with dignity, kindness, and professionalism. I strongly encourage you to review your customer service practices and staff conduct to ensure that future patients have a more positive and supportive experience. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
