Deploy Coffee

Visiting on a 30 degree windy day, and this beautiful matcha latte really warms my heart💚 It's good quality matcha that is smooth and subtly sweet without any sweetener added. The two baristas were both kind and really poured their hearts into each cup they made. I will definitely come back when the weather is warmer so I can enjoy my drink and stroll by the riverside. Side note is that they only have one size and it's on the smaller size compared to most of other coffee shops.

Jimmy, Danny, and the rest of the Deploy team did an amazing job catering our post wedding brunch at the Culture Lab earlier this Fall! Everyone was very happy, one of our coffee snob friends even commented that he loved the choice of roaster Deploy used for their beans (Onyx in case anyone was wondering). Deploy Coffee is a solid choice. The setup is clean and well-organized, and the barista is friendly and welcoming. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino, which was made to perfection - great balance of flavors and a smooth texture. The coffee is clearly brewed with care. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable, especially for a cart setup. Overall, I'm impressed with Deploy Coffee and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-made cup of coffee on-the-go. It’s located right outside the hunters point queens public library on Vernon LIC.

Nice to see a van-style coffee set up in New York, definitely has good potential (good location, right on the river, busy passing trade). The coffee was slightly better than average for the area. I got a 7.8 cortado, some nice roasting but everything else was quite average.
