I am an experienced driver from a foreign country. After going to the road test on my own and failing, I decided to take a 45-min class. The instructor was very helpful in explaining what to do for the test. He gave me great advice on how to correct my driving and taught me great tips. I went to the road test 1hr after and passed! Passed on my second try! The instructors here are amazing and easy-going. I suggest everyone new to at least take their 5 lesson package. It’s an unbeatable price for people that don’t have access to cars. Payment was smooth and simple. Communication is there as well. Do not use them! Cancelled the day before my test! Called them on a Sunday to check availability. My test was on Tuesday! Over the phone they said I could make the payment Monday since no banks are open on Sunday. Then got a text saying they wouldn’t hold the spot, after they said it was ok. Ruined my birthday and didn’t even care. If they said no over the phone I would have planned differently. These driving schools in nyc are going through something with licensing or dmv requirements. This is the 3rd school that cancelled on me and I’m upset. Been trying for months to take the road test.
