Thats why when I learned my 15yr old needed braces Diamond Braces was the place. I love my children new smile. Diamond Braces they are skilled and professional. Thank You Guys!!

Love the service, very personable, very polite, Dr. Protain was great. Hilary was very patient and accommodating to ALL my questions, she let me know exactly what I was doing and going to do, very knowledgeable. Amazing service!

Elizabeth the office manager was so sweet, patient, and cheerful. Very professional and explained everything to me. Dr. Protain was FABULOUS and I felt like I was in such good hands! She was very gentle and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best dentist experiences I ever had.

I am a returning customer. In 2018, I paid $300 for four pairs of retainers. In 2025, the price increased to $600 for one pair. It is hard to believe that the cost of production has risen by 700%. Overall, I have no other complaints, but I strongly advise you to consider finding another doctor. There are more affordable providers on the market offering the same quality.

I’ve been very disappointed with the level of professionalism and communication at this orthodontist’s office. My braces treatment was completed back in September, and my appointment on October 8th was supposed to be for my scan or brace removal. A few days before that appointment, I rescheduled online due to work — but twice, the office canceled my new appointments the day before, claiming “the doctor wasn’t available,” even though the website showed those dates as open. When I finally came in on October 16th, no actual progress was made. One of the staff members suggested changing my wires, which made no sense since my treatment was already finished. When I asked the head doctor why nothing was being done, I was told they needed to contact my insurance for approval to remove my braces and issue my retainers — something that could have been handled during the month prior. When I asked why it hadn’t been done earlier, the response I got was simply, “I don’t know.” Now, on November 12th, after taking time off work for yet another appointment, I was told I didn’t have one scheduled and that they had called me the day before to cancel — which is not true, as I received no call or voicemail. The front desk staff even insisted they had contacted me, which felt dishonest. At this point, my patience is running thin. The repeated cancellations, poor communication, and lack of accountability make this office seem very disorganized and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others to be aware of these issues before starting treatment here.
