Very personable to talk to and she took the time to educate us on the various options available (earth grown vs lab grown diamonds). Pricing for the quality of diamonds we purchased was excellent and the best value we found in the diamond district!

We came to buy gift for our little sister and we found exactly what we need , stuff was very helpful, they didn't just try to sell me the most expensive item. They took time to explain the "4 Cs" (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and how each affects both beauty and price. Very happy with our purchase, definitely will be back again.

The ladies are very nice. However, I took a ring to be used as a sample and the engagement ring came out too big. After I came back from Europe I wanted to have it resized, but they wanted to charge me $40 to resize it. Obviously, not about the money, but the principle. In summary, they cannot get the right size from a sample ring and they will not own up for their mistakes. So if you are planning a surprise, this might not be the place to go. PS: To be fair, both my now fiance and I thought that the ring was beautiful.
