Wow! Me and my friend split the pork dumplings and the purple taro buns and we’re both full and satisfied. Delicious food.

This hit the spot! Every few months I fly to NYC for the day--first flight in and last flight out--and this time, being from the midwest, I HAD to get my hands on some good dim sum before I left. I had been thinking about it all week, lol. Well, Asian Jewels didn't mesh with my schedule, so I just said screw it and went to Manhattan to go to MoMA. I spent way more time there than expected and, with my flight time drawing closer, I realized I needed to get that dim sum I'd been craving for weeks, STAT. Dim Sum Palace to the rescue! They were just around the corner from MoMA and on the way to the F train. The man who took my hurried order was polite and knowledgeable. Not even fifteen minutes later, I was on my way back to LGA with a fat bag of dim sum in tow. With the exception of the pork buns (kinda mediocre, sorry), everything I had was fantastic. Their crystal shrimp dumplings, siu mai, and shrimp and sausage dumplings were all phenomenal and still tasted fresh by the time I cleared security. PSA: the shrimp, sausage, and chive dumplings will give you TERRIBLE breath, so be careful with what your plans are after you eat them lol. I owe the lady who sat next to me on my flight home an apology. 🤣😭 Worth it!!!

Dim Sum Palace is an Excellent choice for old school Chinese fare. Authentic flavors and served fresh and hot. Service was friendly, genuine and our tabletop was never empty. We ordered Fried shrimp, soup dumplings, meatballs, Mongolian beef, Honey walnut shrimp and Chix fried rice. Every dish was Superb in taste and presentation. We had a Tremendous dinner and Thank You.

Friendly place. Dim sum was excellent we had the dim sum platter and shrimp beef and chicken fried rice. The food was great. Nice atmosphere

Perfect dim Sum place in midtown. We didn’t have time to go to Chinatown and we really wanted authentic dim sum. Everything was delicious. Even the mochi for dessert. Service was efficient. The atmosphere was what you would expect for dim sum. Not the rolling cart kind of place though. Mark up the menu with your choices and get it hot. Then add more as desired.
