Directions is such a wonderful acupuncture and physical therapy clinic and grounded in traditional Chinese medicine. I've been so lucky that I heard about it and have been getting fantastic treatment for about 6 months. The whole team is top notch! I adore seeing Chandni and Keiko for craniosacral physical therapy. It really is magical how they can feel and shift what is happening in your body with such gentle touch. I've also love seeing Martha and Anthony for acupuncture. Martha specializes in pain management, mood disorders, autoimmune, women's health and more. Anthony is a wizard! Kim and Dawn are fabulous massage therapists (also Carolina and Henry but I haven't had the chance to see him). Plus Evelyn and Jimmy for physical therapy 💪. Natasha and Lucy are the best, up-beat and professional receptionist staff. Do yourself a favor and book a visit!
