I’ve had multiple implants at DC dental, they were all performed by Dr.Song. Dr.Song is a skilled dentist that left no pain when I had my teeth extracted. I really like the doctors and assistants at Dc dental, the doctors are all skilled and professional. I would recommend this clinic to all of my friends.

My experiences have been exactly the same as Xuelei Y's and I felt the same way" "The receptionists were all incredibly nice, and the male assistant was also very helpful. ... Dr. Song ... extracted the two severely infected and necrotic teeth, then he did bone grafting to prepare for future implants. Throughout the entire process, all the staff were incredibly caring. Dr. Song's technique is excellent and trustworthy. After the surgery, the receptionist gave me very detailed instructions and called again ... to check on my progress, which was very reassuring. Everyone here is wonderful". I had one tooth crowned, and 3 more on the other side implanted 3 weeks ago.

I had a great experience at Discount Dental Office today! I came in for dental fillings with Dr. Cheng, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Cheng was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. All the staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The entire team made me feel at ease, and the office was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care with a caring team!

I went to this dentist multiple times with the same issue, but it was repeatedly dismissed. The dentist laughed off my concerns about the pain and literally walked away. Other staffs also told me it was nothing to worry about and just needed more time to heal. IT’S NOW CLEAR THAT MY CONCERNS WERE VALID, AS THE PROBLEM GOT WORSE! This arrogant and dismissive behavior was incredibly frustrating, and it led to an avoidable issue. I strongly advise finding a different dentist who will actually listen to their patients.

I visited this clinic twice, and both times were disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to sit in the dental chair and wait, but another staff member came in and asked me to get up and pay before continuing — which was very awkward. Later, when I asked how much I needed to pay for the first treatment. I was told to pay the full $2,500 instead of the $1,150 quoted over the phone. When I questioned this, she said, “Since you can’t control your emotions, we should end our cooperation.” I was shocked. How can an employee speak on behalf of the owner and drive a patient away? This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any medical office. I came for treatment, not confrontation.
