DO NOT ORDER from this company! They messed up our order and refused to give us credit back after spending over $270 for a product. They changed our design AFTER we accepted the proof, which is completely unacceptable, then when we asked for a credit, they reprinted it and sent it out without our permission to the WRONG address because they never communicated with us! They do not communicate with each other (OR YOU) - one person would tell me one thing and the other would tell me another - and they wouldn't share with each other what you told them to do. They offered half of what we paid in credit, which is not acceptable for not even receiving a single usable product. Not to mention their quality is cheap, the people are rude, and they will not communicate with you about decisions they make without your permission (as a paying customer!!!). HORRIBLE. I would give them 0 stars if I could, even though their production time is extremely fast. I would rather have quality and correct prints than speed.
