Divan Bakery

Diwan Bakery is my new go to spot! The cakes are not just delicious but beautifully made elegant and pretty, which is honestly rare to find so thats the best part! Cozy vibe, perfect for breakfast. The Turkish menu has great variety, especially the Turkish teas, and everything is halal, fresh, and well-presented. Love this place!

I had breakfast at Divan Bakery and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was very fresh, beautifully presented, and everything tasted great. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Divan Bakery to anyone who is looking for a nice place to enjoy a quality breakfast.

Felt like a kid after a long time. I’m not Turkish but have a sweet tooth being from India. Lovely tea and desserts, prompt service, good WiFi, comfortable seating. Great for a brief work session or meeting up friends.

What a complete surprise and a total delight! Literally picked this place because it was nearby a restaurant where my friends and I had lunch, and got transported away to a lovely bakery with a great backyard dining area. There is both an enclosed and open area, and the enclosed section is absolutely adorable with floral decorations and terrariums. They have both AC and heat lamps to keep it climate controlled :) The baked goods… SO GOOD! We all had various teas, baklavas, and baked goods, and it was all fantastic! I brought home an order of Sütlü Nuriye for my roomie and he said, “this is the best thing I have ever eaten.” They have so many different types of baklava and I had no idea that many even existed! Service is great and everyone who works there is just so lovely and sweet~ If you are in the area, definitely go, and I am already thinking of how to schlep myself there to get more baklava :D

The large restaurant/bakery is located in the Homecrest section of Brooklyn. They prepare primarily Turkish cuisine. Soup, breads and various breakfast items are available. Nice selection of cookies, pies, cakes and beverages. I ordered the chocolate pudding which was well-prepared. Friendly and helpful staff.
