Doctorhere is an excellent primary care clinic. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and always responsive to any symptoms or concerns I have. Whether it’s an in-person visit or a telehealth appointment, the care has been consistently reliable and professional. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I highly recommend Doctorhere to anyone looking for quality primary care!
I like Dr. Hyun Lee. She listens and is caring and they go through a thorough blood test but the receptionists are a bit of a scam as they asked when they can schedule a follow up appointment to review the results (which I assumed was normal practice for them) only to be charged for a “follow up visit” and another copay. They should offer the option to just send the results first if they’re going to charge for the virtual follow up and make it clear that this is not mandatory.
The Dr here is kind and nice, but I have been locked out of my account for 3 weeks -I can’t check my blood test results, I cannot book any appointments - and no one seems to be able to help me. I’ve emailed & called but nothing. I’m going to have to change PCP, because I cannot access their services at all.
Horrible experience with billing! Went in for an annual physical, and whatever bloodwork/testing was done, a large portion was not treated as preventative care. Despite me asking during the visit, I was never told I'd be charged. Once I got the bill, they never returned any of my multiple emails and were polite on the phone, but never explained what happened. Finally figured it out with help from my insurance (many tests beyond preventative, no warning given).
I have been seeing Dr. Hyun Ji Lee at this practice for years and have generally had positive experiences — she’s usually been kind and professional. However, my most recent visit was very different and disappointing. During this appointment, she seemed unusually short and irritable, did not listen to my concerns, and repeatedly interrupted me. When I tried to ask a question about a prescription, she raised her voice and said, “I’m the doctor,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I later received a bill from the lab despite my insurance typically covering all routine labs. I have been trying for days to contact the office for clarification, including multiple calls lasting over 20 minutes with no answer. This experience was frustrating and out of character compared to my prior visits and now im stuck with a bill I have no idea what it is for!
