N.P. Doreen Ng has been our kids’ pediatrician for years; now they’re teens and continue to be her patients. N.P. Ng is so professional, super knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, sensitive and always seeming to be “in the know,” keeping up with the current research. She has such an incredible down to earth vibe sort of a magical way with teens, having the ability to talk to them with respect with no judgement, extremely patience and humble, making everyone feel comfortable. N.P. Ng is very communicative, especially via the my ACP medical porthole and goes above and beyond, clearly caring about her patients and has been absolutely incredible to have as our family pediatrician, taking over for the incredible Dr Goc (who we also loved!) On behalf of my wife and our family I write this review with incredible gratitude and feel so blessed to have N.P. Doreen Ng as our son and daughter’s pediatrician. A++ 5/5 stars. NP Ng is excellent at what she does. She has great bedside manner, she's very knowledgeable, and is pleasant to work with. She's responsive and addresses every concern when my kids are sick. The kids are comfortable at the appointments and she knows exactly what to do to help them feel better. I highly recommend her!
