I came to Dr. Jen 9 years ago for a double eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) after being referred by my cousin who did the same procedure. Dr. Jen was personable, honest, and compassionate, and his fees are very reasonable. Years later, I am still very happy with my results and grateful that he took a conservative approach rather than a riskier, more drastic change that I had inquired about. Today, I went into the office for a rhinoplasty consult. I had previously gone to another plastic surgeon for consultation but knew I wanted to hear Dr. Jen's honest opinion. To both my surprise and relief, Dr. Jen advised against the changes I wanted to make as he felt the risks were not worth it. Thank you so much for your honesty and integrity as a surgeon Dr. Jen!

I did skinny face and filler injections with Dr. Jen. Dr.Jen is very professional and his staff is very nice. Before you see doctor, his nurse will consult with you. Tell you the difference and the effect and the price of each product. I felt ccomfortable with it. I can choose the right products according to my budget. Dr. Jen is an experienced doctor in cosmetic and very knowledgeable. He can explain and design the injection plan for you according to the result you want. I’m highly recommend my friends to come here.

Just had Ultherapy done by nurse Vicky today. She did a great job. She was attentive, made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Jen marked my face and neck before the procedure, checked in during and made sure I was feeling fine after the procedure. With the numbing cream, pain medicine and the optional laughing gas, the pain was tolerable. I’ve been to Dr. Jen’s office for a few years now, Dr. Jen is very skilled and very professional, I’m always happy with the results! In fact, everyone in the office is courteous, and professional. Kudos!

Sadly, my experience with Dr.Jen was very bad. He rushed my visit, showed no interest and dismissed my answers to his questions. Never asked me about pain in my ears (which is a recent new symptom I am having), but stated in my after visit summary that I deny pain. He did ask me about dizziness, but dismissed that I had two large episodes a month and a half ago and appeared to get angry when I told him that. Dr. Jen never added that on my after visit summary. He asked me like 7 times if I was having ringing of my ears and each time I told him yes!! This is all he put on the after visit summary, as if he wasn’t paying attention.When he went to examine my left ear, he yanked my head to the right (which hurt because I had a headache).He was RUDE and so UNCARING that it was traumatic for me!! I will NEVER go back to Dr. Jen.

Call the office to inquire about a visit, they told me to pay $350 deposit up front because their ‘office visit’ included using tools for inspection, and they didn’t like my insurance company because they have to fight over it for claims. They refused me to just pay my copay and said i have to pay the deposit for any “office visit”. It sounded so ridiculous to me and I highly discourage anyone from going to this place.
