Today I had what would've been a traumatic experience, having to have multiple extractions. The Dr. and staff did everything possible to make me comfortable and calm. From holding my hand to telling me how brave I was. Most importantly they never judged me from day one. I have dealt with unfriendly, uncaring dentists in the past , so I can't say enough how important it is to be respected and handled so kindly. I THANK THEM SO MUCH FOR GETTING ME THOUGH THIS

Dr. Chao and his team are super professionals.. He takes the time to work with his patients in finding the best solution, to meet their individual heath needs, while promoteing excellent dental health. They are courteous, compassionate, and caring. His office, extraordinarily, runs on time, with few exceptions to accommodate emergencies. Dr. Chao and his team take pride in the service to their patients and their community.

Dr. Chao The best dentist I've been to. Every visit is painless and Dr. Chao breaks down the treatment plan for you. He explains everything he is going to do and during the procedure he says what he is doing at the time. GREAT DENTIST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

On July 14, I left a message with my number for a follow up call to schedule an appointment, no one ever called. I had my teeth cleaned by the female Dr. Chao in January and she was really good but, she's no longer with the practice. I tried to make a follow up appointment for two people on a Saturday morning but, Christian was so slow in setting up the appointment that his co-worker made an appointment immediately following mine and wants me to make a second trip from Brooklyn for the second appointment. Why ask two people from the same household to make a second trip for a cleaning???

Horrible experience. In waiting room completing paperwork Dr Chao comes out yelling at the top of his voice. We were startled! He demand one of his staff to enter his office, slams the door and starts screaming for 30+ mins.we became more and more uncomfortable. He was alerted by staff patient in the waiting room with no change. I approached the desk asked that my records be shredded and as I was leaving one of the staff said ,”you wouldn’t believe what we deal with.
