1. Don't show up without making appointment. Make sure to call in at advance to check opening times of Brooklyn and Chinatown locations. This saved me a lot of time 2. Waiting time after checking in was reasonable. Did not wait more than 10-15 minutes. 3. Friendly and knowledgable provider, but TALKS A LOT. Willing to answer all your questions with A LOT of detail. 4. Overall, I had a good visit.

Nice doctor. Is patient and is willing to answer any question you have for your child. Opening and closing times for Chinatown and Brooklyn office are different vary on a daily basis, so make sure you call in at advance to book your appointment.

He is very patient and he cares for his clients. He is well spoken and he’s willing to spend time with his patients. He is a very good doctor.

Made a reservation at 11am, the doctor was late for two whole hours or maybe longer cause I couldn’t wait anymore. I was being nice and actually waited for two whole hours and he still never show up. The receptionist kept reaching out to him and he just constantly said he’s on his way. If you’re not going to be here at the clinic, then why make the reservation in the first place? Where’s the responsibility that a doctor suppose to have?
