Front desk are doing disgusting job. Dear doctor, nobody wants to come to you after your managers on the phone

I see the office manager has already been reviewed. She is mean. She is rude and I really do not understand how a person in a doctor's office can work with people and have that type of attitude. I am there for my health and not looking to put up a fight or be demeaned or belittled. However she manages to believe that belittling patients is fine. Dr. Wu and the nurses and other doctors are fine but she is very rude. This is the ONLY reason my family is tempted to switch family doctors.

Worst place to see a doctor! The office manager name Sarah, she is a monster show! A place of business should never treat their customers or patients with disrespect. Please find another doctor if you can. Sometimes when a business starts to grow and gets a big head, we, the consumers should punish these businesses by not giving them any new businesses or even take them away by visiting other similar vendors! Thank God we live in America! 最糟糕的看医生的地方！ 办公室经理名叫莎拉，她是一个怪物表演！ 营业场所绝不能不尊重顾客或患者。 如果可以的话，请找另一位医生。 有时，当一个企业开始成长并变得强大时，我们消费者应该惩罚这些企业，不给他们任何新的业务，甚至通过访问其他类似的供应商来将其带走！ 感谢上帝我们生活在美国！

Unskilled/ rude/dismissive front desk staff. My patient is a patient of doctor Wu. I've called for various reasons, simple things like faxes or record requests are NEVER completed. The girls there work quickly to get you off the phone and throw your concerns in the trash. Up to now, I can't get a reply. Their fax numbers also doesn't work. It's impossible to believe Dr. Wu can run a reliable office with these people being on staff.. Just ridiculous. Even the office manager... 0 customer service skills. 0 effectiveness. 👎

既然都是华人到伍医生的诊所看病，那就说中文好了。前台真的是态度恶劣，素质太低了，我都在怀疑医生是在为前台这位小姐打工吗？换诊所吧。华人社区还是有很多专业的医疗团队的。
