Excellent all across the board-- medical techs are professional and thorough. Front desk staff are attentive and courteous. Dr. Roberts takes the time to explain and answer EVERY question and concern. Most important of all my vision is 100% better thanks to Dr. Roberts.

Over the course of several visits to the doctor's office, I have consistently experienced exceptional care from Dr. Roberts. She demonstrates a genuine concern for her patients, making each interaction feel personal and compassionate. Despite the bustling environment of the office, which reflects a high demand for her services, Dr. Roberts always takes the time to address my concerns thoroughly. Her dedication to patient care truly shines through, and I appreciate her commitment to ensuring that everyone receives the attention and support they need.

Dr. Roberts was super helpful and quick with identifying the problem with my grandfather's eyesight. She was able to schedule a cataract surgery very quickly and did a great job with restoring his sight.

This is not for the skills of Dr. Roberts but the way the office over schedule patients is unacceptable as so many elderly are waiting hours and hours to be seen! My elderly mother has waited 4hours on some days! Please don’t book so many appointments when you don’t have the space to even hold them!

Not a good experience. Waiting room is unsanitary and elderly patients waited for hours. Took 3 hours to get through the first patient appt with about 1 hour of waiting, and 2 hours of machine scans that could have taken 45 minutes total if they weren’t so disorganized and overpacking the office with patients. As a disclaimer, optical services were okay and the doctor was nice. As someone who does not appear Chinese even though I’m half Chinese, I received an unwelcome vibe, as every patient and staff member is Chinese, and I even heard the staff referring to me foreigner in a demeaning way in mandarin in the other room. Won’t be back.
