I was referred to Dr. Chuansheng Wang by my primary care physician and have been under his care as my gastroenterologist for several years. I had a very positive experience at Dr. Wang’s office. I saw Dr. Snow for my endoscopy, and she was incredibly helpful and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and reassured. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and supportive, making sure I was comfortable and well cared for. I also really appreciated that they followed up and called me to inform me when my biopsy report was available. One thing I especially appreciated was that they have bilingual staff, which makes communication so much easier. They are able to assist patients in Spanish, Bengali, Hindi, Chinese, and Nepali, which is truly helpful for diverse communities. Overall, my illness was properly treated, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

Not clean especially for a doctor’s office. Not great. The bathroom isn’t even clean. Dr Wang is not there even when you have an appointment. He clearly thinks just because he is a doctor that he is better than everyone, so he can do whatever he wants like he can play with your life. No accountability is held against this man. He clearly has terrible communication skills with his staff like shouldn’t you notify your staff that you might not show up the day before, so your staff can notify patients ahead of time to reschedule their appointment. That is not just only terrible communication skills from him but also a lack of respect for his staff. He is literally leaving his staff out to dry. Seems like a shady practice. They will call you when you didn’t have an appointment, just to get you to visit them. This practice tries to get you make an appointment for profit because every visit is billed to your insurance.
