The staff at Dr.Tian's are all courteous and knowledgeable in their profession. They treat you with utmost respect and when you leave from treatment you noticeably feel much better. its great that the doctor at this location is very kind and skilled, unfortunately the receptionist staff are extremely disrespectful. they were yelling at an insurance provider when communicating about an issue that caused the matter to be ended abruptly.
