My dad went for an emergency check-up in the evening. The staff were all patient and expeditious, especially considering how busy they were. Joe and Elizabeth were especially memorable. My father needed a biopsy of a sore on his eyelid. Dr Titone performed it that same night! Then they followed up as soon as they had the results and have been so wonderfully diligent, conscientious and concerned about his well-being that I had to remind myself that we are in NYC!!!

I agree Dr.Titone and his entire team very efficient and helpful. Recently facing some difficulties from their billing department to solve my major issues . With Anastheologist they didn't submit their claim to my Insurance on time. Delayed to submit the claim. For their negligence why should I pay $6100.00? Hope they solve my problems. Thanks Elizabeth helping me with is problems. Thanks. Have no intentions to switch Opthalmolgist. Eventhough I moved to Stamford,CT. I am sorry I am retired individual living alone can not afford to pay. Too stress and tremendous amount of pressure on me. Concerned about my own health I am a diabetic patient also. Wonderful and very dedicated Ophthalmologist. I've been visiting Dr. Titone for a couple of years and in every visit he provides the same quality of service, good manners and very clear explanations. Considering some "modern" doctors that pay more attention to their mobile devices than looking at their patients, this is something you will not find in this practice. Dr. Titone will respect you as a patient, explain to you every process and respond any questions you may have. The younger Doctor is very good too; I believe he is Dr. Titone's son, but I can be mistaken.

During my last visit, after eye test performed, waited 15-20 minutes in exam room for consultation. Doctor Titone came in for less than a minute and finished. Not even bother examine my eyes but told me to come back in 6 months. It's noth worth spent time and money for such a consultation. I will not recommend anyone to see such a busy Doctor, who was preoccupied with other things but spent almost no time for a patient. No more future visit!
