Horrible front desk. Issue how they billed my insurance. Shady. The old guy who is there in the front, he tells everyone he is the manager when no one is asking. Raises his voice and yells at you. Something is wrong with him seriously.

前台几个老太婆，又老又丑态度差。处理些基本事项都不耐烦。每次去都要等4，5小时。真是要被拉去浸猪笼。买了奶茶给前台的还可以插队，真好啊！
