Dr. Lai is an outstanding doctor—skilled, attentive, and genuinely caring. He performed cataract surgeries for both of my parents, and thanks to him, they can see clearly again. It has truly been life-changing for them. I also want to highlight his assistant, Susan. She is an exceptional nurse and office manager. She speaks multiple languages and goes above and beyond to understand and meet each patient’s needs. Unlike some staff we've encountered at other eye clinics, who can be arrogant and rude, Susan is always helpful, patient, and thoroughly professional.
