I have been a patient of Dr. Wong for more than a year now and he is the best family doctor in the business. Not only does he keep up on all new research that comes out, but also ensures that I am following my medication correctly to get the best results from his treatments. I would recommend him to anyone who values their health.

I was assigned this provider from my insurance and I needed to get a physical done. My first visit was ok despite the provider only being in the room for 5 min and barely interacting with me and front desk not being friendly. I usually don't mind as I didn't have any urgent health concerns. Not even 3 months after my physical, I needed some forms signed for work and school that only attested to my immunizations, which the provider has records of. I called and was told I can just come in to get the forms signed and I did not need an appointment. Come to find out after getting there, my provider is retired and I received no notice of it (mind you, it has only been less 3 months since I last saw them). Rather than being apologized for the lack of communication, I was given excuses that "my appointment was so long ago" and that I need to make an appointment with the new providers at the practice to get the forms signed despite only being seen 3 months ago. During my visit with Dr. Wong, there was no mention of him planning to retire and he even told me to have my family members come to see him. Why tell me this if he had plans to retire and not inform his patient population in advance so they can prepare? Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with this practice and it shows that they do not care much for the continuity of care of their patients.
