Dr Germain became my Dr when I was pregnant 15 years ago, I had severe pre-eclampsia and she was so concerned and even 15 years later she's still attentive. Yes the wait is long but it's always good to see her and catch up.

Best OBGYN ever. For my first pregnancy, I was referred to two OBGYNS before I met Dr. Germain. I've never been so grateful to her. She delivered my first kid and was so caring, professional thorough, and accommodating throughout my first pregnancy experience and post- pregnancy. I'm now pregnant with my second kid and once again, I am appreciative of every pre-natal routine check up visit with her. Great medical professional.

Dr. Germain is very professional and knowledgeable. She has good bed side manners and was genuinely concerned me. The only downfall is the waiting time for Dr. Germain. Before getting this appointment, I waited 3 other times in the office and had to leave because the wait time was almost 2-2.5 hours. This time I waited no more than 30 minutes. I have read prior reviews and have not experienced any of the other concerns besides the waiting time. To my understanding it was due to a lack of female GYN doctors which is what I wanted as opposed to going to a male doctor. I will certainly keep what I have read in the back of my mind but form my own opinions and judgments as I continue to see Dr. Germain. The facility has great parking in that crowded area, is very clean and the staff is friendly. I would've given 5 stars but it's due to the extensive length of time, and no reflection on Dr. Germain.

I specifically sought out a woman of color in hopes that my concerns would be heard and taken seriously. I came to her office in pain and searching for answers. Despite waiting a while to be seen, the doctor was relatively polite. She completed my checkup and referred me for additional testing. Upon receiving the test results, I called the office twice requesting a call back from the doctor in order to explain my results. I have yet to receive a call. Instead she wrote a couple sentences in the patient portal which were unclear. The earliest availability for a follow up appointment was the following month. Therefore I would have to wait nearly a month to be able to speak to the doctor to gain any clarity all while still in pain. This reflects as a complete lack of care for patients. I will not continue care with any doctor that doesn't have the time of day to communicate with her patients. Very disappointed. I will not return.

As a returning patient, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Dr. Michele Germain. My initial visit in 2022 was outstanding, leading me to choose Dr. Germain for my significant step of planning a family. Unfortunately, my latest appointment was far from satisfactory, prompting me to write this review. During my visit, I experienced significant delays. My appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, but it wasn't until 11:30 AM that I was called for vitals, and around 11:40 AM, I was still waiting to see the doctor. Understanding the busy nature of medical practices, as I am an adolescent nurse myself, I inquired about the delay and was informed of the doctor's busy schedule, including multiple appointments and a procedure. A suggestion to reschedule was made, which I found to be dismissive of my time and the importance of the appointment. The most distressing part was the lack of acknowledgement and sensitivity from Dr. Germain. As an OB/GYN, a field that demands compassion and understanding, Dr. Germain's approach was surprisingly brusque and dismissive. This not only disregarded my concerns as a patient but also impacted my emotional well-being, as I left the appointment in tears, feeling discouraged about my family planning journey. Given my positive initial experience and Dr. Germain's history with my family, this encounter was particularly disheartening. It is important for potential patients to be aware of this experience, as it contrasts sharply with the level of care and professionalism expected in such a sensitive and critical field of medicine.
