First time visit, had a good experience with the Dr. and staff. Took multiple tries to get the perfect fit for my night contact lenses, but Dr. Chen made sure that there were no issues. Highly recommend coming here for your eye needs.

This eye doctor’s office is very professional and well organized. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were friendly and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable.

The service here is amazing. The staff are very patient and understanding. I came to get night contacts and they patiently taught me how to use and care for them. They have a lot of options for glasses and the place is very organized and clean. Would recommend.

I took my girlfriend to this clinic in July for an eye exam. She was charged $100 at the time of the visit, even though the service should have been fully covered by her insurance. Later, we discovered that the clinic filed an insurance claim for contact lenses, yet still attempted to charge her the full out-of-pocket price for them. The clinic claimed the insurance does not cover contact lenses but when I called my insurance the agent claimed it was already paid out and did indeed cover them. Most concerning, today on October 4, I noticed a new insurance claim claiming to have performed an eye exam and also eye scan on a weekday when she was clearly at work and never visited the clinic. It is odd they billed insurance for 2 visits at months apart when she only came in for the first one and never scheduled a second one. This appears to be a serious billing error or most likely fraudulent claim/fraud, and we are extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and accuracy in their billing practices. If you are reading this please double check with your insurance provider regarding their insurance claims.
