The minute you walk into Urban Wellness NYC there’s a calm peaceful environment. Rae is not only an excellent technician, but she knows how to read people and always knows what I need when I come for a session. She has helped me with various things from stress to back and sciatic problems. Even if you don’t go often, just to go for a “tuneup“, it’s a wonderful experience & I feel better. Training for marathons was taking its toll, and Rae sorted out muscle pain and some tendonitis in just a few treatments. Periodic maintenance visits keeping me in good working order! She has a great bedside manner to boot. Have referred 2 friends to her, who have reported great results too!

Rae was the therapist I dreamt of. Considering, flexible, thorough, thoughtful and caring. Her bedside manner is superb. She made me feel safe and comfortable but more importantly she helped me during my IUI treatment that resulted in a healthy baby boy. Dr. Ritke is a truly gifted healer. She has healed muscle and joint ailments and internalized stress I had carried for years. The first time I came home from seeing her my children told me it was amazing, I looked decades younger and lighter of spirit. Rae is kind, calming, committed to healing her patients, expert at what she does, and always listens patiently and explains what she is doing. I am so grateful I found her, she is truly wonderful.

Rae is wonderful. Her presence and office is so calming. I love and look forward to the naps I take during the acupuncture sessions. I came after I had my gallbladder removed because I was so tired during recovery and she definitely helped with my recovery and digestion, and has since helped with muscle and other issues.
