Dr. Richard Seldes is the best. Such a kind hearted and professional man. I highly recommend him. I’ve been with him for 15 years can’t go wrong with Dr. Seldes.

I Especially really appreciate to Ms. Jasmine, who is so kind and patient to helping me able to have surgery my knee earlier. Thank you so much, Ms. jasmine 🙏❤️ Northwell Hospital is nice place. All of the front desk receptionists were so pleasant, amazing, and supportive, helpful. Hundred percent on top of their job. This is why I give them five stars. Thank you so much Reception. Dr. Seldis is a wonderful surgeon who I wholeheartedly trust and would recommend. 5 stars. The wait time to see him gets 1 star. I don’t understand how patients are being booked and why the wait times are hours long. I work in healthcare too and everyone’s time has to be valued and respected. His administrative staff needs retraining. 1 star. They have an attitude of, “I don’t know, that’s not my job.” One young lady in particular is clearly angry if you ask her how long the wait time is or how many patients are ahead of you. I just don’t understand why she is in a customer service based role, it’s clearly not the job for her. I have a baby waiting for me at home, maybe knowing when i can expect to leave is an important thing for me. She needs to place herself in someone else’s shoes and maybe take some ownership of her overall job. Maybe health care is not for her. This has been my very honest, personal experience during my multiple interactions at Dr. Seldis’s office.

The Company need to get rid of the guy that make the appointments, he is so rude unprofessional even his voice annoying, I went there to see the Doctor instead I seen the PA , he stated the Doctor not there and gave me a script stated need prior record from NYU, I asked him why I wasn’t told to bring he stated he would not know and he busy ,he not a people person, won’t be going back there. P.S this was my first visit.
