Dr. Ellent is an exceptional eye doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to clearly explain everything during my visits. Her warm, calm manner reassures me that I am in good hands. My visits are never rushed and I always leave feeling confident in my eye care. I highly recommend Dr. Ellent to anyone looking for outstanding, compassionate eye care.

I have serious eye infection and she was very attentive and we are working to resolve it. She even helped me remove a contact lens that I wasn't aware was stuck in my eye !

Dr. Ellent is the best doctor I have ever met! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to answer questions, be thorough with finding the right prescription, and always goes above and beyond what is expected. I was choosing a new pair of glasses and on top of giving me ample time to find a comfortable prescription, she also took the time to help me choose the right pair of frames. She always asks the right questions and does not rush patients and gives her 100% to everyone. I always feel like I am heard and my input is important.

We’ve been bringing our child here for some time, and I want to start by saying that the doctor herself is excellent. She is knowledgeable, caring, and someone we trust deeply with our child’s eye care. If this review were based on the doctor alone, it would be five stars without hesitation. However, the customer service and administrative side of the practice consistently fall short. We’ve received multiple voicemails that are vague or poorly explained, making it difficult to understand what action (if any) we need to take. Interactions with the front desk staff often feel brusque, and basic courtesies—like saying “thank you”—seem to be absent. The overall demeanor is surprisingly unwelcoming for a medical practice. I honestly don’t know if this is just our experience or if it affects other families as well. It may have nothing to do with us specifically, but the contrast between the quality of the medical care and the quality of the customer service is stark. We will continue seeing the doctor because her care is exceptional, but I hope the practice invests in improving its front-end service. Families shouldn’t have to tolerate poor interactions in order to access great medical care.
