Dr. Rosette Imani

I've been lucky enough to have I smile dental with Dr. R Imani through 15yrs. Dr. Imani has always been kind, considerate, always willing to hear out the dental problems and pain that her patients bring to her. Then Dr. ImanI goes tooth and nail to give the best services possible and them some. I'm happy to admit that when I leave her offices. All my concerns a have been addressed and I end up looking like a STAR!!!! GOD Bless you and your fabulous staff for making dental dreams come true!!! 🤘😎🤘

Dr. Rosette Imani did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Her staff are very respectful and gentle on teeth but the cleaning is very thorough.

Dr. Imani is a human first and foremost, because she sees her patients through the lens of a human mind , rather than a dentist's mind. Usually, a dentist's ultimate goal is to maximize income but not in her case. For example, my insurance was suddenly cancelled, and I did not want to spend slot if money on a private visit. However, I had a minor infection in one of my teeth. Hence, she offered to do the X-ray free of charge to determine whether I can wait until my insurance is reinstated or I should get treatment immediately.

If I could give this dentist 0 reviews, I would. I have never been to this practice and I have received at least 5 EOBs for procedures that I obviously did not get. I called the office to inquire about this and they said “if you haven’t received a bill from us, don't worry.” Excuse me? That’s identify theft and insurance fraud!! I cannot express the frustration I have every time I receive the EOB. I will be taking further action against this practice.

It was my worst experience at this dental office ever! Didn’t wait that long. When I was called by the hygienist to the room, she asked me twice “nomber” so i was telling her my number and then she finally said “full name, you don’t speak spanish? She took so long to take my x-ray! First the computer didn’t work and she kept me with the bite wing in my mouth long and I was so uncomfortable! Then we had to change the room. Finally she wanted to do my cleaning and I asked for the dentist to clean my teeth instead. Dr. Imani was so unprofessional, rough and aggressive while cleaning my teeth. I thought she is drilling into them! Water was splashing all over my face! I felt like she was hurting me intentionally because I asked her to do the cleaning! After that she said she doesn’t see any cavities, but she didn’t perform any evaluation of my mouth, my tongue and looked for any abnormalities. I was so disappointed, I got a horrible headache after the cleaning! STAY AWAY FROM DR. IMANI! My next step is to report her to my insurance!
