The front desk is rude all the time. There is one girl working there for years. She doesn't know how to respect people and got no patient at all.

My mom has been coming here for years and refuses to change her doctors because she is old school. The girls (yes, I'm calling them girls and not women) at the front desk are extremely rude. They don't have any system in place. Even if you make an appointment, they don't respect your time and we end up waiting hours on end. The doctors are just money hungry and want to bang out all the insurance claims. They prescribed antibiotics without testing/confirming a proper diagnose.

Went for a checkup. Had to go back for the labs. She wanted another co=pay and charged the insurance company for another visit. What a greedy POS. Oh,, her office is always crowded too, making money hand over fist. Medicaid should go thru her records.
