Dr. Wan's delivered all 3 of our children at Beth Israel and later The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC) since 2016 for which we can't say enough thanks. He's also given us completely sterling perfect obgyn medical advising and care for much longer, yet, and that's made the hugest difference in every way for our hopes, emotions, kids, and overall life. As is usual, at all deliveries, he contacted both of us individually via the office answering service as well as the hospital's L&D (Labor & Delivery, our admitting unit) unit which is familiar with him as he's an admitted physician @ TBHC. He kept in close touch through the dialation's 1st progress until the appointed time when he came on site as the delivery point neared. His comforting detail, regular visits and updates through staff and personally, and overall bedside manner/demeanor have directly altered our emotions for which we are so thankful. Special note to the hospital whose Asian services coordinator means meals are tweaked towards the "zhuo yie zhi" sensitivities and staff respect the various cultural observances including frequent family visits. We had our last child here and since then 2y ago, there've been replacements to brand new for most of the in room medical equipment and some of the furnishings (means better cleaning and looks too) and equipment (towel holders, soap stations, a lot of the bed-related equipment). Also markedly improved are the rooms themselves which were nice before now spruced up a tiny bit. It all makes for a more pleasing time. We've referred countless friends here for many years. All have been thankful. The overall medical and psychological assistance we always get couldn't have been higher, it's hard to convey how emotionally important every word, and act are in such times other than to say: thank you, Dr. Wan.

I've been visiting doctors here for a long time and I can definitely say that their group is awesome! Stephen Wan is a good and professional doctor who's always nice to his patients. Nurses here do jobs well and are always ready to help. I like them very well! Just delivered my twin boys 5 days ago. Big present for the Thanksgiving, right? ;) I can't be more thankful for my angles' arriving and the people helped me. Just to say thank you!

Will forever be grateful to this clinic and their staffs. Last night I had bleeding at 29 weeks + 3 and they picked up my calls and told me what to do at 11:30pm. I was able to keep calm and not freak out. It was one hectic night of being in and out of the ER. It was just overall a good feeling when being told how i can monitor the baby for the night until the following morning. Words can’t explain how thankful I am to their staff members especially (Tina and kite) and the Drs.

He is a very experienced OBGYN and is very nice and professional when speaking to patients. I've been with him for over 25 years and he is always very knowledgeable and does his best to accommodate the patient's requests. He is very patient when answering questions and always takes his time to make sure you feel comfortable.

I have been with this clinic for more than 10 years. I DON'T have problems with the doctors. However, ever since the billing staff changed, the service has been very bad. First they don't respect your privacy. They would ask you to personal questions so loudly over the counter. No sense of confidentiality. Second, they are not helpful with billing or insurance. If you have issues with insurance they don't tell you until you made the trip there then...send you away. Third, waiting time is always long. Staff in Brooklyn are not good. If you like the doctors there I would tell you go to the one in Manhattan instead. I had good experience in Manhattan.
