I had an endoscopy done here today and the whole experience was quick and easy. The procedure took about 30 minutes with anesthesia, and everyone on the team was cool, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Really appreciate the care I received

The staff were all very friendly and approachable, so there's no need to be nervous. I didn't feel anything during the procedure, and I didn't feel uncomfortable afterward. The doctor answered all my questions. I would recommend them to friends.

Dr Jing is a professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable doctor. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that has any stomach problems and wants an amazing doctor to help take care of them.

My experience with Dr.Tong Jing was disappointing. He seemed very impatient and frequently interrupted me while I was asking questions or explaining my condition. When I raised concerns, he acted like “I’m the doctor, you should just follow me,” cutting me off while I tried to describe my condition. It made me feel disrespected, silenced, and even somewhat manipulated. Later, another specialist told me this condition can be treated with surgery. Had I fully followed Tong Jing’s advice, my condition might have been delayed. Overall, the visit was very disappointing,I will not be returning.

The doctor is good, but the billing and customer service are absolutely unacceptable. They forced me to pay on-site even after I showed them verified insurance coverage and past payment records. They promised to refund the overpayment once my claim was processed, but they never did. I have called every single week for six weeks, and every time they tell me they are “still checking.” No actions, no updates, no accountability. They are refusing to return money they wrongfully collected. The entire billing process is a mess, and the customer experience is a nightmare. They even told me there’s nowhere to escalate it. This is deeply frustrating. Unless they completely overhaul their billing practices, I will never return. And after months, they still owe me money. Dr. Jing — this needs to be fixed!!!!!
