I have been with Dr. Ky for more than a decade I guess, his been my Opthalmologist ever since I came to this country, he was highly recommended with my PCP. no regrets. its easy to make an appointment staff are respectful, clinic are clean. you don't have to wait for a long time for your appointment to see him. I just have my cataract operation last year, September for my right eye and December with my left eye it's perfect!!! I don't have to wear glasses to see the world:) I am satisfied and more than happy with the result. I highly recommend Dr Ky to my friends who are looking for a good ophthalmologist. Thank you so much Dr Ky and the staff.

Dr. Willy is knowledge. Both Serena and Bella are very nice and patience with my daughter doing the Ortho-K lenses. Thank you.

Just finished a consultation with Dr. Ky. I encountered two different assistants. I just felt so annoyed with their speaking tones and the way they were trying to handle the kids without patience. Also, super annoying that one of the assistants kept interrupting me while I was speaking with the doctor.

Seldom write negative review but this is based on personal experience: 1. When we request to check eye degree, the assistance did not ask/explain, immediately put Tropicamide on the eye. 2. It was determined shortsighted but the doc did not write any note instead ask us to check info in portal which is hard to read for normal people. I checked the eye from another doctor half a year ago which did not detect any shortsighted so I decide to double check. 2nd doctor found out although machine shows shortsighted but reading the chart did not which indicates a fake shortsighted. How can a professional doctor not able to accurately identify patient's eye degree/symptom? 3. Not sure if related to 2, we were then recommended to subscript to a commercial eye drop to slow down shortsighted, which does not take health insurance and needs monthly payment.
