I have been coming here for years now, before they even moved to this new location. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been seen by the dermatologist and esthetician Crystal for a facial. I was prescribed a cream to treat some pimples I had, but I still had some bumps on my face that would not go away with the medication. I had previously dermaplanned my face at another location that left my face with bumps and broke me out. I forgot the dermatologist’s name and she helped me with prescribing the medication that would help and she suggested me to get a facial from there — it was in the basement. So I did and I was booked with Crystal as my esthetician. She did an amazing job! I got the facial done last month and my face has since then cleared up! I felt hopeless at first that the bumps would not go away, but she did the impossible! She helped get rid of each one of them and I am so grateful for every one there! I will definitely be going back for another facial! Just a heads up, they get super booked quickly for the facials, so just put yourself on the waitlist like I did and the receptionist will definitely give you a call when there is an opening.

Very nice staff, the receptionists can get busy since they also accept walk ins but they were accommodating. I did walk ins, brought my ID and my insurance card, everything was pretty smooth and they tell you the expected wait time. I also have been in the clinic a few years ago, when they had a different location. This location is much more spacious and brighter for waiting area. My doctor that consulted me was very nice, she thoroughly explained my skin problems and gave me advice and when to use each cream. My prescription was free since it is covered by my insurance. :) Thank you!

First start from one blackheads pimple . The treatment initially seemed fine, but I still have lingering sensitivity and small bumps on my neck a year later. I’m not sure if this is normal healing or if I need another evaluation, so I plan to get a second opinion. Staff was professional, but I wish I had more guidance on what to expect long term.

I normally don’t write reviews for med offices cause I know everyone is busy and it’s always chaotic. However, this is my second time here and every time I come in to check in with the front desk, they never acknowledged me. I would literally be standing here for FIVE whole minutes, just waiting for them to finish whatever they were doing and then check me in. Never a “hello” or “please wait for me to finish this then I’ll check you in.” Literally standing here for 5 minutes straight in front of the two for no reason. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. I wish I chose a different dermatology office but since I already started treatment here, I could not switch anymore. The nurse and the MA were nice but the front desks need more training.
