I went there to have a treatment. A lot of people say that the wait is very long. It depends on which doctor you are meeting and which day you go. The wait on Monday is especially long because people want to meet the senior doctor forgetting that the other doctors also have degrees and graduated from doctor college. They have translators and are kid-friendly. They also care about your concerns and meet your situations. If you need a doctor's note, if you need a specific product, if you don't have your identification card at hand, if you want to meet a specific doctor. All the signs are clear, they respect your opinion and don't shout at you.

Had a mixed bag experience for removal of a sebaceous cyst on my neck. The wait tines were quick, got me in through the door and to the doctor on tome with the appointment. Issues came up when it came to the actual procedure. The anesthetic was injected on site, but the Dr did not wait long enough for the effects to take hold and began surgery as soon as the injection s were done. At this point I felt the scalpel slice through my neck without verbal preparation and the pain cause me to clamp up holding my gut while doing my utmost to avoid moving my neck. It was only after I began to perfusly sweat during the operation that he asked if it hurt, which I responded yes, as by this time the painkillers were only just starting to numb the pain and I was able to relax my body. All else aside, he was very precise and efficient in his surgery procedure, working quickly and patching up the site within minutes of starting. Ifor anyone who is looking to take surgical options, please kindly remind the doctor to wait for the anesthetic to work it's way through before starting. Also the painkillers wore off within 30 minutes or so 🤔 either way, it was a mixed experience.
