I was very pleased with my procedure. It only took minutes and my doctor was very gentle. We were finished in less than one hour and the was with very little wait. Highly recommend it

This place is for profit not for care. If you have an actual skin problem or concern (like a weird mole, or infection) please look into other providers in your network who have a quality care and go into detail. I recommend using Zocdoc and seeing reviews for someone in your network. I have been a patient for 3 years now. While the staff is nice the care leaves much to be desired. You will be sat down and express your concerns while the doctor looks at the computer and types in the medicine related to your concern. Sometimes they’ll have the audacity to try to sell you a product that they make. You will feel rushed and unimportant. Go to another dermatologist and get a skin check as well I don’t think they offer that here.

The waiting room staff was pleasant and greeted me warmly, which initially gave me hope for a positive experience. However, my visit with the doctor left much to be desired. It seemed as though the doctor was in a rush to finish the appointment quickly, and I felt unwelcome and unimportant as a patient. I was looking forward to a more personalized and informative one-on-one experience, with detailed explanations about my health concerns. Unfortunately, the doctor did not provide the level of attention or care I had hoped for, even though the waiting room wasn't busy. I left the appointment feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that the doctor's primary focus was on maximizing appointments for financial gain rather than providing genuine care. This left me with the impression that the clinic is more interested in making money than in the well-being of their patients. Considering my unsatisfactory experience, I would advise others to explore alternative healthcare options and seek a different healthcare provider where patients' needs and concerns are given the attention they deserve. This place seems to prioritize profit over patient care, and for that reason, I would recommend steering clear of it.

I waited half hour even i had an appointment, and the esthetician left the room for half hour after set a mask on my face, i peel off the mask by myself cause it got dry up, otherwise it would dry up my skin too. You all should concern about their policy, you wont get your remaining balance (money) back with package. $25 charge if you missed your appointment. I am not going back even tho i still have few visits. Bad services!!!!! Think more than twice befor you pay
