She even introduced me to this incredible NP PAO-JU TSENG, and let me tell you, she’s the real deal! who truly went above and beyond to provide the best care possible.

This group practice offers a wide range of providers, so you're sure to find someone you feel comfortable with. Dr. Xiaoyan Song runs the practice with true professionalism, and I have to say, I’m a huge fan of PA Zhao too. They incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to your concerns and truly appreciate your input when it comes to your care. The treatment plans here are well-rounded, and I always feel like we’re working together to address any issue. I’ve come here for a variety of concerns—whether it’s pain, infections, viruses, or even COVID—and I’ve always felt confident in the care I receive. They don’t just treat the symptoms; they work with you to ensure a comprehensive plan that addresses the root of the problem. Despite the high volume of patients, the practice has multiple rooms, so you're never kept waiting long. The nurses and medical assistants are fast, efficient, and friendly, and I’ve always had smooth, painless experiences with blood work. One thing I really appreciate is that if you have any concerns or feedback, the staff handles them thoughtfully and with care. I’ve since recommended this practice to my family and friends, and I know I can count on them for top-tier care. Their knowledge is extensive! My PCP is Pao-Ju Tseng, NP-C. She is knowledgeable and her help is also efficient. I just need to demonstrate the reason why I am visiting the clinic, she can answer my questions and concern promptly while giving me further suggestions is a plus. If I have to request prescription for medication, she will also help to prescribe the accurate medicine to the correct pharmacy of my preference. She will also remind me for the next appointment with the essential reasons why she would like to see me for the follow up. If you know what you are going to see a doctor, she can definitely help and provide the solution quickly. If you need some neat explanations or look for advices, she will very helpful and trustworthy. Don't forget to make an appointment in advance since the clinic is busy most of the time. I always make appointment and the entire visit is always within 40-45 minutes.

Front desk staff is so incredibly rude. I've been a patient here for years and only continue coming to this clinic because of Dr. Song. The issue with the staff has been ongoing for years and really needs to be addressed; it's getting even worse. They act like they don't want to be there, don't acknowledge your presence, and treat patients like they are some burden, even for a simple question.
