I have been taking my 4 children to Dr. Chen for 5 years. I absolutely love her care. She is very easy going, soft spoken, patient and gives a thoughtful and thorough explanation of everything that she is doing. She remembers all of children’s medical history without having to look through a record. She answers all my questions and immediately sends out a referral if needed. I couldn’t think about switching pediatricians. She is not hard to reach. My wait time is usually minimal, 15-20 min with an appointment.
