🙄 I went to get allergy medicine for my allergies. The doctor talked about a bunch of irrelevant things and didn't answer my questions. I just wanted to refill the medicine prescribed by a specialist before, but the doctor refused to prescribe it for me and instead talked about a lot of things like insurance issues and tax problems. They even treated me like an illiterate person. I'm really speechless! I directly changed my family doctor on the spot. I'm a young person and rarely visit the doctor in a year. I directly switched this clinic and family doctor right then and there. It's just too frustrating.

前台一般，护士站嘛，感觉被嫌弃了。

My friend came to this office two weeks ago to get a doctor’s referral for chest x-ray for school purposes, and paid a $15 co-pay during that visit. Got her x-Ray done from a radiology center and this office never called back for her scan results. We came back again two weeks later hoping to get a physical exam and to get her scan report before She head back to school. The front desk lady told her, she can’t do her annual physical exam yet because it hasn’t been a year since the last one....(okay, understandable). Then She asked her if her scan report is back and she said yes. She printed it and handed it to my friend with ZERO explanation, along with a piece of paper, asking for another $15 co-pay. We asked her why My friend need to pay for the copay if She’s not getting a physical exam. She said My friend needs to pay a copay every time She come to the office. A copay is paid for doctoral visits. My friend does not need to do a physical exam today and she’s not seeing the doctor. We just want to GET her report (which they never called me for). That lady tried to argue with us. A guy next to her exchanged a small conversation with her about us and told her that if We’re not seeing the doctor then we don’t need to pay the co-pay. Seriously, how can you expect someone to pay out of pocket for doing such a lousy job. There’s no call for scan results. No explanation about the charges or even ask us questions besides straight out asking for money. All with bad ATTITUDES!!! We will not go back to this place again!

前台非常差 重要的门面为何请回来如此不专业的前台？没有写清楚周末不收卡 说留下我的信用卡正反面说第二天刷 给我打印的报告打错是21年的 就这样办事吗？医生护士经理都很好 前台拉垮

沒預約，隨到隨登記，基本最少要等3個小時。 前台3個，抽血室2間，護士幾個不清楚，現在弄的越來越糟糕。 大家趕緊換診所吧。
