Horrific practice! The USCIS sent a letter requesting additional evidence due to an expired I-693 form on my I-458 application. The front desk agents dared to slander that it was my lawyer who sent the letter late ( with dates of last year) or the USCIS immigrant processed it late ( again last year). The letter clearly stated the form received was outdated (2 years + expired) form. They denied the mishap and insisted that it was not their fault. If you truly love your significant other please by all means avoid this location. The application process itself was tedious already, so save yourself the headache of dragging it longer.
